Exercise mode for running/walking
In the exercise mode for running/walking, you can access the following training
values on the tracker during the exercise session:
current pulse (bpm)
exercise duration (hh:mm:ss)
distance travelled (km)
current running pace (min/km)
current speed (km/h)
steps
calories consumed (kcal)
current time
Your current exercise information is stored when in Running/Walking
mode. At the end of the exercise session you can access all your
training values.
