Image Enhance
The Image Enhance setting corrects for data loss or corruption, often due to cables (damaged, poor quality
or too long) or radio frequency interference. With Image Enhance enabled, the VIP Drive 43s will detect
any errors and correct them before the signal reaches the connected panel assembly.
1.
Access the
Transition
2.
Turn the <SCROLL/ENTER> knob until Image Enhance is selected.
3.
Press the <SCROLL/ENTER> knob.
4.
Turn the <SCROLL/ENTER> knob clockwise or counterclockwise to select Off or On.
5.
Press the <SCROLL/ENTER> knob.
Fade Type
The Fade Type setting determines the way the VIP Drive 43s will transition from one image source to
another.
1.
Access the
Transition
2.
Turn the <SCROLL/ENTER> knob until Fade Type is selected.
3.
Press the <SCROLL/ENTER> knob.
4.
Turn the <SCROLL/ENTER> knob clockwise or counterclockwise to select from:
•
Dissolve (The first image fades into the second),
•
Cut (No transition effect),
•
Wipe Square In (The second image wipes in from all sides, covering the first),
•
Wipe Square Ou (The first image wipes out from the center, revealing the second),
•
Wipe T_L In (The second image wipes in from the top left, covering the first),
•
Wipe T_L (The first image wipes out to the top left, revealing the second),
•
Wipe T_R In (The second image wipes in from the top right, covering the first),
•
Wipe T_R (The first image wipes out to the top right, revealing the second),
•
Wipe B_L In (The second image wipes in from the bottom left, covering the first),
•
Wipe B_L (The first image wipes out to the bottom left, revealing the second),
•
Wipe B_R In (The second image wipes in from the bottom right, covering the first),
•
Wipe B_R (The first image wipes out to the bottom right, revealing the second),
•
Wipe Left In (The second image wipes in from the left, covering the first),
•
Wipe Left (The first image wipes out to the left, revealing the second),
•
Wipe Right In (The second image wipes in from the right, covering the first),
•
Wipe Right (The first image wipes out to the right, revealing the second),
•
Wipe Top In (The second image wipes in from the top, covering the first),
•
Wipe Top (The first image wipes out to the top, revealing the second),
•
Wipe Bottom In (The second image wipes in from the bottom, covering the first),
or
•
Wipe Bottom (The first image wipes out to the bottom, revealing the second).
5.
Press the <SCROLL/ENTER> knob.
Fade Time
The Fade Time setting determines the delay between selecting an input source and the transition.
1.
Access the
Transition
2.
Turn the <SCROLL/ENTER> knob until Fade is selected.
3.
Press the <SCROLL/ENTER> knob.
4.
Turn the <SCROLL/ENTER> knob clockwise or counterclockwise to select from 0.0s, 0.5s, 1.0s,
1.5s, 2.0s, 2.5s, or 3.0s.
5.
Press the <SCROLL/ENTER> knob.
