Adjusting the ionisation electrode
1. Remove the top part of the cap.
2. Check the distance between the
electrode and the burner and set this to
the correct distance, if necessary. For
AGA 100 see fig. 9, for AGA 102 see fig.
10.
3. Fit the top part of the cap.

Troubleshooting table

The heater does not
start up.
The heater triggers a
fault; the red lamp on
the operating panel
lights up.

The heater has no volt-
age.

The fan motor runs
heavily or is blocked.

The thermostat is set to
a too low temperature.

There is no through-
connector on the ther-
mostat connection.

Defect in the operating
panel

If the orange lamp also
lights, the plug is incor-
rectly inserted in the
socket.

There is no or not
enough gas pressure on
the gas regulator block.

The gas regulator block
does not open.

FAULTS

During troubleshooting, make sure
that the mains voltage is switched on
and the gas supply is open.
Warning
Remove the mains plug from the
socket and shut off the gas supply
during repair.
Solution
Check the electrical connec-
tion.
Check if the fan motor is dirty
or blocked.
Replace the fan motor.
Correct the settings.
Fit the through-connector.
Repair or replace the operat-
ing panel
Reverse the plug.
Check whether the gas cock
is open.
Check the functioning of the
minimum gas pressure pro-
tection.
Check the electrical connec-
tion.
Check the gas regulator
block.
