Minimal discomfort to the skin
Despite home use pulsed light epilation is generally very well tolerated, most
users experience mild discomfort during use, which is usually described as a
slight feeling of warmth or tingling in the treated sections. This feeling can be
felt during the treatment or a few seconds after.
Any other discomfort is not normal and treatment must be stopped because
your skin does not tolerate the hair removal treatment or the power level
setting is too high.
Redness on the Skin
The skin may become red immediately after using the appliance or within
the subsequent 24 hours. The redness usually disappears within 24 hours.

Greater Skin Sensitivity
The treated skin becomes more sensitive and may become dry or flaky.
Wounds and Burns on the Skin
Very rarely, burns or wounds may appear after the treatment. Burns or
wounds can take several weeks to heal and very rarely, may leave a visible
permanent scar.
Scars
Even though it is very rare, permanent scarring may occur. Generally, when
scars are formed, they appear flat and white (hypotrophic).
