Cleaning

During
cleaning
and
maintenance
work,
make sura
the safety ¡nstruetions
set out
on page 10 are
eomplied
wilh.
The metal fillers can be cleaned
by soaking
them
in hat water with neutral detergent until
the fat dissolves
and then rinsing them under
the tap or using special
antj.grease
products.
They can also be washed in a dishwasher.
In
this
case,
it is advisable
to stack
them
vertically
lo avoid food residues

Cleaning
in a dishwasher
may damage

metallic surtace (blackening

will not affeet its fat retention
capacity.

use proprietary cleaners mentioned
