Maintenance activities

8.3.1 General
• Check the operation of the lifting bag.
• Replace the lifting bag if there are any damages deeper than 3 mm, thickenings on the surface
more than 3 mm or visible blisters.
8.3.2 Lifting bag
• Check the lifting bag for damage or dirt.
• Clean the surface of the lifting bag (with soap and water, for example).
• Have a Holmatro Certified Technician replace any damaged lifting bags.
8.3.3 Couplers
• Check the couplers for dirt and damage.
• Remove dirt with clean running water.
• Have the Holmatro Certified Technician replace any damaged couplers.
8.3.4 Air hoses
• Check the hoses. Do not take any risk in case of damage and replace the damaged parts.
8.3.5 Skid resistant profile
• Check the anti slip profile.
• Replace the bag if the profile is worn out for more than 50%.
