6. CONNECTING OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT

a. Additional MN IRON 2 monitor(s)
• The additional monitor is connected to the previous monitor using 2 wires.
• Installing this monitor forces you to modify the ID setting: HOUSE = 0 ROOM = 2 for an additional unit or
HOUSE = 1 ROOM = 1 for a second home (see wiring diagrams figs. 7-8-9)
• Press the key, then select ID using the cursor,

• With this second monitor, you can choose the bell sound.
• This monitor does not have an SD slot or a multi-media menu.
b. Additional PL IRON 2 outdoor station
• The additional outdoor station is connected to the previous outdoor station using 2 wires.

7-8-9 and chapter 5e)

c. Activation of the dual-family mode

- Modify the position of the micro-switches on the outdoor station (switch 4 to off) and, on the monitors, confirm
the ID settings according to your installation. (chap 6a)

- Adding a monitor
- Modifying the wiring
- Modifying the position of the micro-switches at the back of the monitor and outdoor station.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
