Possible Cause
• The monitor is not con-
nected to a power source
• ID configuration
• Environment
• Wiring
• Camera position
• Switch setting
• No system reset.

Solution
• Check the polarity of the + and – wires
• Reattach the connectors
• Only the monitor configured for "ROOM 1" dis-
plays the picture during a call from the outdoor
station
• Check that the wires used are the correct size
and that the connection wires of the videophone
are not in the same sheath as the 230V.
• Check the position of the SW1 switches
• Check that the connection wires are not
reversed.
• Do not expose the lens of the camera directly to
sunlight or to a reflective surface.
• Check the Dip switches and the ID configurations
(p5)
• Disconnect from the power source for 30 sec-
onds.
• Insert a micro SD card
• Check that volume of the bell sound is not at 0
