Unscrew central sensor air filter; reach in
through a main filter opening.
Clean compression fitting.
Insert new sensor air filter and tighten by hand.
Always move filter and dirt trap back to the front
and push back handle, and screw in star-grip
screw, [4-5] otherwise the machine will not
function.
10.3
Changing the cooling air filter
There are cooling air filters at two locations on the
exhaust turbine, which must be replaced if re-
quired:
in the control cabinet:
DANGER
Injuries, electric shock or fire
Make sure that there is no residual voltage be-
fore commencing work in the control cabinet. All
of the frequency inverter's capacitors must be
fully discharged (wait for 10 minutes).
Ensure proper grounding!
Open control cabinet.
Slacken screws at the bracket of the cooling air
filter[5-1].
Remove filter and replace with a new one.
Under the upper cover:
Switch off device.
Remove upper cover after slackening screw
connections.
Slacken screws at the bracket of the cooling air
filter [5-2].
Remove filter and replace with a new one.
10.4
Empty condensate container
CAUTION
Non-emptying of condensate container
Material damage, condensate can get into the in-
side of the control box
Empty condensate container regularly.
Open housing door [6-1].
Place container under the supply unit.
Slacken screw at condensate container [6-2].
When the condensate is drained completely, re-
tighten the screws.
10.5
Replace electrical fuses
Annually: Have all fuses replaced by a qualified
electrician according to the circuit diagram.
In the event of a failure: Only by trained electrical
technician.
– On the top hat rail in the control cabinet, see Fig.
[7A].
– On the control system, see Fig. [7B].
10.6
Check seals
When emptying every tank: Check container seal
for damage and replace if necessary.
10.7
Check hoses and hose clips
Check hoses under the front cover for damage and
replace if necessary.
Check hose clips for tightness (tightening torque
4±0.2 Nm)
