If you should have any questions about your PARI TREK® S Compressor Nebulizer
System:
1. Please contact PARI Patient Connection toll free (USA) at 1.800.FAST.NEB
(327.8632), then press 2 for the Authorized Service Center.
2. In writing, describe the malfunction or symptoms of the PARI TREK® S
Compressor. Include your full name, address, and daytime telephone number.
For the PARI Nebulizer clean, disinfect, and/or sterilize prior to returning. Dry
the nebulizer and place in a plastic bag.
3. Send the written description and the PARI TREK® S Compressor in a
protective box to the address provided by PARI Patient Connection.
