Problem

• The overload protector protects the motor from
damage.
• Unplug the power cable and let the high-performan-
ce mixer cool down for 30 min. before connecting it
again
• The mixer can be overloaded by too many or too
large ingredients. Try again with a smaller portion and
mix multiple portions if needed.
• Ingredients should be chopped into pieces no larger
than 2 cm.
• The ingredients might be too large, causing the ingre-
dients to stick. Ingredients should be chopped into
pieces no larger than 2 cm.
• If necessary, you can set the controller dial to mi-
nimum speed and use a plunger to press the ingre-
dients down towards the cutting blades.
• The mixture might be dry. Add more liquid.
• Try to mix for a shorter period.
• Use the "Pulse" function to better control the mixing
process.
• Use smaller pieces of ice (no larger than 2 cm).
• Use the "Crushed Ice" function for easy operation.
