LED no. 5 becomes steady on and programming will be completed; in this
manner the flashing light output will always switch on 3 seconds before the
barrier starts closing. Repeat the procedure if you wish to restore the initial
configuration.
6. 24V
50 W MAX. LED OUTPUT CONTROL 1:
The control unit allows selection of the barrier arm LED strip output operating
logic.
In factory-set condition, the LED output is always enabled as a fixed light
(traffic light arrangement).
To disable the fixed light, proceed as follows: make sure you have enabled
the Extended Menu 2 (highlighted by the blinking 1 1 0 1 1 0 of the LED
LEV), place the SEL button on the blinking LED L6 and then press SET: the
LED L6 will turn off permanently and the operation will be completed.
7. 24V
50 W MAX. LED OUTPUT CONTROL 2:
The control unit allows selection of the barrier arm LED strip output operating
logic.
In factory-set condition, the LED output is a fixed light. For a blinking LED
output, proceed as follows: make sure you have enabled the Extended
Menu 2 (highlighted by the blinking 1 1 0 1 1 0 of the LED LEV), place
the SEL button on the blinking LED L7 and then press SET: the LED L7
will turn off permanently and the operation will be completed.. Repeat the
procedure if you wish to restore the initial configuration.

8 RESET

If you need to reset the control unit to restore the factory settings, press the
SEL and SET keys together; this will cause all the RED indicator LEDs to
light simultaneously followed immediately by the control unit switching off.
WARNING: when the control unit is on (reset power on), the system
displays the FW version with the short appearance of a fixed LED number
in the main menu (e.g.: first 4 fixed LEDs on for 0.5 sec = FW rev. 04). This
information can be useful to the customer service staff..

9 DIAGNOSTICS

Photocell Test:
The control unit is prearranged for connection of safety devices in
compliance with standard EN 12453 point 5.1.1.6. At each operating
cycle, a functional test of the connected photocell is performed. In the case
of an open circuit and/or malfunctioning of the photocell, the control unit
does not enable movement of the barrier and visually signals the test failed
condition by causing all the indicator LEDs to blink simultaneously. As soon
as correct operation of the photocell is restored, the control unit is ready for
normal use. This operating mode guarantees fault monitoring in compliance
with EN 954-1 Category 2.
Disconnected Encoder Message:
The control unit notifies an encoder error, making all LEDs in the main menu
blink approx. every 10 seconds. This means the encoder is not present,
or is disconnected or broken down (and the barrier is only time-controlled).
