Training mode
You control the training mode using the function buttons
shown on the display. Switch to "Training mode" view
(4.1.3) and touch the symbol
Training mode starts in the timer display (4.2.1). You can
start the timer with

Note: In timer view you can display various, current
activity data (steps, pulse rate, calories, step frequency
and time) by swiping left or right from the middle of
the screen.
If the timer is paused, you can finish the current training
unit with

Data transmission to smartphone / tablet
Start the Soehnle Connect app. Drag the app down in
the main screen (dashboard). The data saved from your
tracker will then be automatically transferred to the app
via Bluetooth
