Read the instruction manual carefully before using this device and keep the instruction manual for
future use.
Your vibration massager will help you to burn excess body fat and to improve your blood circulation
and your muscle ef ciency. We recommend using it 4 times a week with each 10 minutes per workout.

Control panel

1. CALORIES: The currently burned calories are displayed here (0-999 kcal).
2. PROGRAM: Displays the current selected mode (88 = manual or automatic modes P1, P2, P3, P4, P5).
3. REMOTE: Receiving window for remote control signal.
4. SPEED: Indicates the actual vibration level (1-20).
5. TIME: Shows the actual exercise time.
6. TIME/SPEED decrease key: Adjust preset exercise time before starting to workout (10-1 minutes)
and adjust vibration level (speed from level 20-1) after workout has started. The key is inactive in
case an automatic mode is running.
7. TIME/SPEED increase key: Adjust preset exercise time before starting to workout (1-10 minutes)
and adjust vibration level (speed from level 1-20) after workout has started. The key is inactive in
case an automatic mode is running.

9. PRG/MODE: Select mode (88 = manual or automatic modes P1, P2, P3, P4, P5).
10. START/STOP key: During exercise, press the button to STOP exercise. During stop mode, press the
button to START exercise.
