1.Functionality
LN / GL-Series:
Application Range: Adhesive and moist dust as in the case of laser emisions, soldering
vapour, solvent- and gluing vapors
Functional Principle: The air containingg pollutant will be collected by the collection
equipment (hood, hose) and conducted via the flexible hose or pipe to the filtration unit.
There, the pollutant particles will be collected by different kind of filters in accordance to
their filter classes. Afterwards the purified air can be returned back to the working room or
depending on the application, be returned to the outside with an exhaust pipe.
FP-Series
Application Range: dry dust as in the case of milling, drilling, grinding, laser process of
non oily and non sticky material
Function Principle: The air containing pollutant will be collected by collection equipment
(hood, hose) and conducted via the flexible hose or pipe to the filtration unit. There, the
polutant particles will be collected by a cleanable cartridge filter. The dedusting process of
the cartridge filter can be done by hand with the compressed-air pistol or with the optional
automatic dedusting module. The automatic dedusting intervals will be set by the electronic
control unit. Depending on the model the dust particles will be collected in a dust drawer or
dust container. Because of that it is possible to dispose the collected dust nearly
contamination free. Afterwards the purified air can be returned back to the working room or
dpending on the application, be returned to the outside with an exhaust pipe.
OEN-Series
Application Range: Specially for oil- and emulsion vapour, adhesive dust
Functional Principle: The air containing pollutant will be collected by the collection
equipment (hood, hose) and conducted via the flexible hose or pipe to the filtration unit.
Here the oil- and cooling lubricant droplets become agglomerated through the air expansion
in the first air chamber (accretion and aggregation of the fine droplets). The arising liquid
can be emptied over the drain-cook at the front side. Afterwards in the second- and third
stage the remaining oil- and cooling lubricant droplets will be filtered. The fourth filtration
stage (particle filter H13) will hold back the smallest particles and harmful substances. After
such a fourth stage it is absolutely harmless to return back the air in the working room.
molecular sieve:
To eliminate gaseous and unpleasant substances which occur during various working
processes it is suggested to use activated carbon filters. By forming fine pores and capilary
systems the surface is up to 1500m² per gram. The outcome of this is an excellent
separationrate and high adsorption capacity, which results in a long lifetime
