 The device should be well fixed; a free-swinging mounting is dangerous and may not be considered!
 Don't cover any ventilation openings as this may result in overheating.
 The operator has to make sure that the safety-relating and machine-technical installations are approved by
an expert before using them for the first time. The installations should be inspected every year by a skilled
person to be sure that safety is still optimal.
FUNCTIONS
1. ALUMINIUM BODY: The aluminium enclosure is equipped with a sliding mechanism on both sides:
BOTTOM SIDE: Use the 4 bolts/nuts (2) to attach the PAR projectors.
UPPER SIDE: Can be used to attach 2 (optional) clamps for installation under truss. In this case
you should also use the included lifting eye bolt to secure the LED 4Bar with a suitable safety
cable (optional).
2. SLIDING BOLTS/NUTS: used to fix the projectors to the LED 4Bar.
3. 35mm STAND ADAPTER: used to put the LED 4Bar easily on top of a light stand
4. 4A  DMX-INPUT: used to connect the LED 4Bar to the DMX-output of the previous unit in the DMX-
chain. DMX-connectors 4A and 4B are connected inside the LED 4Bar.
4B  DMX-OUT TO PROJECTOR1: use a standard premade DMX-cable to connect connector 4B to
the DMX-input of the first LED projector.
5. STRAIN RELIEFS 5A + 5B: used to install any premade DMX-cable (see further to learn how to install
this cable). The installed cable will connect the DMX-output of projector1 with the input of projector2.
6. STRAIN RELIEFS 6A + 6B: used to install any premade DMX-cable (see further to learn how to install
this cable). The installed cable will connect the DMX-output of projector2 with the input of projector3.
7. STRAIN RELIEFS 7A + 7B: used to install any premade DMX-cable (see further to learn how to install
this cable). The installed cable will connect the DMX-output of projector3 with the input of projector4.
8. 8A  DMX-OUT FROM PROJECTOR4: use a standard premade DMX-cable to connect connector 8A
th
to the DMX-output of the 4
LED projector.
8B  DMX-OUTPUT: used to connect the LED 4Bar to the DMX-input of the next unit in the DMX-chain.
DMX-connectors 8A and 8B are connected inside the LED 4Bar.
9. POWER INPUT: mains input, equipped with a Neutrik Powercon
and the projectors (and/or light effects) are properly connected to the channel output sockets (11) before
you connect an earthed mains cable to this input. The maximum total load is 15A or 3400Watts.
10. INPUT FUSE: This is an automatic circuit breaker. When the fuse is blown, first locate and solve the
problem that caused the fuse to blow. When the problem is solved, simply push the button to reset the
circuit breaker.
11. MAINS OUTPUT: These mains sockets are used to connect the 4 projectors to the mains.
12. END CAP: To install the bolts/nuts (needed to fix the projectors) and stand adapter you have to remove
this end cap on one side of the unit: simply unscrew the 4 screws  remove the cap  put the nuts/bolts
and/or stand adapter in the sliding rail  put the cap back in place  fix the 4 screws  done!

CONNECTIONS
If you don't like a messy installation with a lot of DMX cables hanging everywhere, just hide them inside the
LED bar! To do this, just follow these steps:
1: Unscrew the 4 screws of the cap that is
situated on the right side of the bar and remove
the plastic cover.
2: Disconnect the earth conductor cable from the
frame by removing its bolt and nut with a pincer.
3: Slide the front panel gently out of the frame so
that you can take out the strain reliefs.
4: Gently tear out the strain reliefs and remove
the small piece of "dummy" cable that we
installed.
5: Place the strain reliefs around the readymade
cables you bought from your supplier. Usually a
standard XLR-male/XLR-female cable with a
length of about 1m will do.
6: Put your standard cables in place. (Male
connectors of your cables on the left side). You
can choose how long the cable ends should be.
If the cable is too long, you can simply leave a
part of the cable INSIDE the LED BAR so all
cables will have the exact length you needed!
When all cables are in place you can gently slide
the front panel back in the frame.
7: IMPORTANT! Don't forget to reconnect the
earth conductor cable with the frame !
8: Put the plastic cover back in place and fix the 4
screws.
