7 Operation
7.1 Cleaning the air-conditioning unit

NOTICE!
If the temperature in the vehicle exceeds 60 °C, switch on the air-
conditioning unit before the cleaning procedure and cool down the
interior to below 60 °C.

NOTE
 Only use Dometic WAECO's own AirCon Refresh air-condi-
tioning cleaning agent.
 Observe the safety instructions on the packaging of the air-
conditioning cleaning agent.
 Check whether the pollen filter is contaminated and replace it
if necessary.
Preparing the Refresh-o-mat
➤ Connect the Refresh-o-mat to the power supply (fig. 4, page 3).
➤ Shake the air-conditioning cleaning agent thoroughly
➤ Open the lid and fill the Refresh-o-mat with cleaning agent up to the
maximum filling level indicator (fig. 5, page 4).
➤ Close the door.
➤ Plug in the hose completely (fig. 6, page 4).
Setting up the Refresh-o-mat
➤ Stand the Refresh-o-mat upright and securely in the foot area of the
passenger's seat (fig. 7, page 4).
➤ Place the hose in the vicinity of the suction opening of the ventilation
system.
