Assembly
The enclosed instructions show / refer to fastening to vertical masonry or concrete walls.
The person performing the assembly is responsible for assessing the load bearing capacity of the wall and the fastening of the wall
holder.
Because of the possible different types of wall materials which require different fastenings, we have omitted fastenings completely. Please purchase the
suitable fastenings for your wall from your local dealer.
Also consult a building expert.
Make sure that there are no pipes or cables near to where you drill the holes.
See the sketches on pages 16 to 19 (foldout assembly sketch).
The fastening in the example is made with 13 plugs 12 x 60 (sketch 3. arrow A) and the corresponding countersunk screws 8 x 70 (sketch 3, arrow B).
Attention, use screws with heads of a size and shape which fi t into the countersinks of the wall fastening plate (W). The screw heads should not protrude
signifi cantly from the wall fastening plate (W) (page 17, sketch 3a). Only then can you be sure that the base plate (G) can be mounted on the wall faste-
ning plate (W) without diffi culty.
Use the appropriate VESA adapter for adapting. This makes the connection between your TV set and the WM Flex 52 L Alu.
See the information in the assembly instructions on page 16 (table which TV set needs which VESA adapter, with article number of the adapter.

Get a second person to help you with the assembly.
Remove wall fastening plate "W" from the WM Flex 52 L Alu
Beachten Sie Skizze 2, Seite 16. Drehen Sie die Arretierungsschraube „C" aus der Grundplatte „G" heraus. Endriegeln Sie die Wandbefestigungs-
platte in dem Sie diese bis zum Anschlag in Richtung des Arretierungsschraubengewindes „c" ziehen.
Anschließend können Sie die Wandbefestigungsplatte herausnehmen.
Fasten the wall fastening plate "W".
Select the fastening place and make sure there are no pipes or cables close by.
Use the wall fastening plate as a drilling template.
Align the wall fastening plate on the wall using a spirit level (sketch 3).
Mark the holes on the wall through the openings in the wall fastening plate.
Drill the holes according to your fastening material.
With 13 holes for a 12 mm plug diameter in the example.
Insert fastening material and screw on wall fastening plate (sketch 3 and 3a).
In the example with countersunk screws of 8 x 70 mm diameter.
WM Flex 52 L Alu join to wall fastening plate.
Move the base plate with the WM Flex 52 L Alu over the mounted wall fastening plate so that the
retaining pins of the wall fastening plate fi t into the base plate.
Press the base plate with the WM Flex 52 L Alu against the wall fastening plate and pull down
(the retaining pins grip into the base plate).
Die Arretierungsschraube „C" wieder in die Grundplatte „G" eindrehen und mit ca. 3 Nm fest ziehen (leicht fest ziehen).
Diese Schraube sichert gegen unbeabsichtigtes Aushängen und nachfolgendes Herunterfallen.
Complete the WM Flex 52 L Alu as shown on page 17, sketch 4 / 5 (assembly of the front panel).
1. Push on front panel with counterbearing "a".
2. Push on counterbearing "b"
3. Fix counterbearing "b" to the front panel with the 4 screws, tightening torque approx. 12 Nm (tighten well)
Check the secure hold of your fastened WM Flex 52 L Alu before mounting any equipment on it..
As mentioned above, you need the right VESA adapter to mount a LOEWE-TV set.
See pages 18 to 20, sketches 6 to 9 for assembly of the VESA adapter.
After you have fi xed the TV set to the WM Flex 52 L Alu with the VESA adapter, you can adjust the angle of the TV set.
Careful when adjusting the tilt range, danger of crushing!
You can alter the angle of the TV set with the adjusting screw (page 16, sketch 2, arrow S). Turn the adjusting screw (page 16, sketch 2, arrow S) to the
right / left with the key provided. The angle of the TV set is reduced / increased.
There are eyes on the bottom arm of the WM Flex 52 L Alu. Use these to lay / fi x the connecting cable. A cable conduit is also available as an accessory
for laying the cables together.
