Connecting and switching on the appliance
Place the appliance on a flat and stable surface.

Plug the appliance into an easily accessible wall socket.

Set the switch on the back of the appliance to position I (power on). A beep sounds, the

IMPORTANT: Before moving the appliance, make
sure it is in the off position and unplugged, and use
the carrying handle on the rear panel.
Basic use
Press the
(on/off) button to turn on the appliance:

If the appliance has just been powered on, heating starts in "High" mode (high heating
•
power).
If the appliance was in standby mode, heating starts at the last setting made before the
•
standby mode.
The "Power" indicator lights come on, as do the indicator lights for the default or previously
•
made settings.
Press the
button repeatedly to select the desired heating power. The corresponding
2.
indicator lights come on:
High: the appliance runs on high heating power (1500 W) at a default temperature of 30°C.
•
Low: the appliance runs on low heating power (750 W) at a default temperature of 30°C.
•
Eco: the appliance runs on economical heating power at a temperature of 20°C and
•
automatically adjusts the power (between 750 and 1500 W) so that this temperature
remains constant in the room.
In "Low" or "High" mode only: press the

temperature (between 15 and 30°C). The selected temperature is shown on screen.
The heater automatically stops when the room temperature reaches the set temperature.
•
It restarts when room temperature drops.
The heater may not start when "Low" or "High" modes are selected. This means that the
•
programmed temperature is lower than the room temperature.
The power consumption depends on the selected heat position. For improved
energy efficiency, select a high heating power first (1500 W), then switch to low
power (750 W) once the desired heat has been reached.

Oscillation function
When the appliance is switched on, press the

oscillation. The "Swing" indicator light comes on.
Press this button again to deactivate it. The appliance remains in the position it was in

when the oscillation was deactivated.
Setting the timer
Programming the timer allows you to program an appliance auto-off (e.g. for it to stop
automatically after you leave the room) or a delayed start (for it to heat the room before you
enter).
PROGRAMMING AN APPLIANCE AUTO-OFF
When the appliance is switched on, press the

operating time of 1 to 12 hours. The selected time appears on screen, then flashes for a
few seconds.
When setting is complete, the hour countdown begins. The screen shows the temperature
again and the "Timer" indicator light comes on.
To find out about the timer countdown, press the
2.
flashes for a few seconds on screen.
The appliance stops working when the programmed operating time has elapsed.

To cancel the timer during operation, press the

on screen.
Note: the timer is deactivated if the appliance is switched off by pressing the
button during the countdown.
PROGRAMMING A DELAYED START OF THE APPLIANCE
Make sure the appliance is switched off but powered on. The screen should display "
