5.6. Completion
– On bladder accumulators, close the gas
valve insert (E) in the hydraulic accumulator
by rotating the spindle (A) anti-clockwise.
– On piston and diaphragm accumulators,
close the int. hex. screw (P) in the hydraulic
accumulator by rotating the spindle (A)
clockwise.
– Release pressure from FPU by means of the
release valve (B) and loosen the connector
(D) to remove from the accumulator.
– On bladder accumulators, unscrew adapter
A3/A3H and insert the O-ring (O) again.
Screw and firmly tighten the seal cap (H)
onto the accumulator gas valve (30Nm).
Manually screw on protection cap (S).
– On piston and diaphragm accumulators,
firmly tighten the int. hex. screw (P) with an
Allen key SW6, DIN ISO 2936 (20Nm).
Screw and firmly tighten the seal cap (S)
onto the accumulator gas valve (20Nm).
– Check the tightness of the gas valve using
leak detection spray.
