5.3.

USE OF APPROPRIATE TOOLS

NOTES: All the sanders can be equipped with sanding belts or discs of different grains,
depending on the type of fi nish required and the material being handled.
The manufacturer adopts a series of belts and discs with grain 60 (intermediate abrasion
capacity, medium fi nish) as they are more indicated for applications where smoothing and
grinding are required.
The following belts and discs can be supplied upon request:
- grain 40 (high abrasion capacity, rough fi nish),
- grain 80 (medium low abrasion capacity, very high quality fi nish).
5.4.

LUBRICATION

NOTES
The tool does not need lubricating.
5.5.

CLEANING - TASKS TO BE PERFORMED

DANGER - WARNING
PLACE THE MACHINE IN SAFETY CONDITIONS, SEE HEADING "GENERAL SAFETY
REGULATIONS".
WEAR SUITABLE PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (SAFETY GLASSES,
GLOVES AND MASK TO PROTECT THE AIRWAYS).
DO NOT USE JETS OF COMPRESSED AIR.
When necessary:
1) Remove any work residues from around the work area and surfaces using a small brush
or vacuum cleaner.
2) Disassemble and clean the extractor fi lter (optional) by tapping it.
Every day:
Remove any work residues and dust from the whole machine, including the power cable, using
a vacuum cleaner or a small brush.
Once a week:
Disconnect the exhaust fi lter or conduit and thoroughly clean the extractor (optional).
