ATTENTION!
Never use recycled oil, since it may damage the lubrication pump (21).
ATTENTION!
Before adding any oil, clean the area around the tap (9), to prevent impurities from entering the oil reservoir (22).
ATTENTION!
The lack of lubrication may cause seizing of the bar chain (15).

6.1.6 Maintenance at the end of the task

Follow all the maintenance rules described in the manual.
Empty the oil reservoir (22) and close the tap (9).
Eliminate the cutting residues (sawdust) from the front guard (2), then reassemble and perfectly clean the chain pruner.
Insert the cutting bar (14) into its guard (3).
ATTENTION!
Remove the front protection (2) periodically and eliminate the cutting residues, which might prevent the inertial chain
brake (12) from working perfectly (only for the tool version without connection to an extension pole).

6.2 Special maintenance

6.2.1 General

The repair and special maintenance operations have to be carried out by a mechanic.
Before any maintenance operation:
Wear safety gloves.
Put the ON/OFF switch (4) in OFF position.
Disconnect the power supply cable (11).
ATTENTION!
All the maintenance operations have to be carried out keeping the inertial chain brake (12) engaged (only for the tool
version without connection to an extension pole).
ATTENTION!
Any special maintenance operation shall be performed in a CAMPAGNOLA s.r.l. Authorised Service Point.

6.2.2 Replacing the motor (24)

Take the tool to a Campagnola srl Authorised Service Point.

6.2.3 Replacing the flexible circuit board (23)

Take the tool to a Campagnola srl Authorised Service Point.
6.2.4 Replacing the flexible circuit board (20) of the lubrication pump
Take the tool to a Campagnola srl Authorised Service Point.

6.2.5 Replacing the chain and bar lubricating pump (21)

Take the tool to a Campagnola srl Authorised Service Point.
6.2.6 Cleaning the cutting bar (14) and the lubrication holes
Clean these parts very often, especially every time before using the tool.
Remove the chain (15) and clean its drive.
Clean the lubrication holes.
