2.3. PERSONAL SAFETY

a)
Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
influence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which
can significantly impair the ability to operate the
device.
b)
To prevent the device from accidentally switching on,
make sure the switch is on the OFF position before
connecting to a power source.
2.4. SAFE DEVICE USE
a)
Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not
function properly (does not switch the device on and
off). Devices which cannot be switched on and off
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not
be operated and have to be repaired.
b)
Make sure the plug is disconnected from the
socket before attempting any adjustments, tool
replacements or before putting the device aside.
Such precautions will reduce the risk of accidentally
activating the device.
c)
When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device, who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
d)
Maintain the device in a good technical state. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of
the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the
device for repair before use.
e)
Keep the device out of the reach of children.
f)
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualified persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
g)
To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory fitted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
h)
When transporting and handling the device between
the warehouse and the destination, take into account
the occupational health and safety principles for
manual transport operations which apply in the
country where the device will be used.
i)
Avoid situations where the device halts during use due
to excessive loading. This may result in overheating of
the drive elements and device damage.
j)
The device should be stored, used and transported
only in a horizontal position. DO NOT tilt the device
at an angle greater than 45°.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The Fried Ice Cream Machine is designed to produce stir-
fried ice cream from natural ingredients such as milk, cocoa
or fresh fruit. As an ice cream ingredient, you can also use
cookies, yoghurts and other food products.
The device may not be used for:
preparation of ice cream from substances that may
endanger health or life.

The user is liable for any damage resulting from non-
intended use of the device!
3.1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE

Appliance location
The environment temperature must not be higher than
40°C and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Ensure good ventilation in the room where the device is
used. The distance between each side of the device and the
wall or other objects should be at least 30cm( A distance of
at least 1.5 m must be kept from the hot air outlet ). Keep
the device away from hot surfaces. Operate the device
on flat, stable, clean, refractory and dry surfaces out of
the reach of children and people with mental disabilities.
Install the device making sure that constant access to the
main plug is ensured. The power cord connected to the
appliance must be properly grounded and correspond to
the technical details.
NOTE! Before the first use it is necessary to dismantle all
elements and to wash them as well as to wash the entire device.
All heat sources above 70°C must be located at least 50 cm
away from the device. The device should not be exposed
to rain and to direct sunlight. A distance of at least 1.5 m
must be kept from the hot air outlet. The surface on which
the device will be set must be sufficiently strong in order to
hold the weight of the device, the mass of ice cream and to
ensure safe work with the device. The incline of the surface
on which the device is positioned during operation must
not exceed 5°.
Assembling the device
1.
Unpack the entire device.
2.
Put the freezing table cover in a safe place
3.
Clean the entire device before each use.
4.
Place the device on the appropriate surface.
5.
Arrange the pedal for heating the freezing table
(two pedals in case of the RCFI-2O-6 model) to the
position that allows pressing it with foot.
6.
Lock the wheels by pressing the wheel lock to
prevent the device from moving.
7.
Wait about an hour before the first start-up of the
device to avoid damage to the compressor.
3.3. DEVICE USE
Before producing the ice cream it is necessary to prepare
the ingredients from which the ice cream will be made.
NOTE! The ingredients must not be hot.
For RCFI-1O-6 and RCFI-2O-6 models, the ingredients can
be placed in GN containers embedded in the table.

Make sure the On/Off switches are in the Off
position. Connect the device to the power supply.
2.
Models RCFI-1O-6 and RCFI-2O-6 have a pre-
cooling function initiated by pressing button (9).
3.
Turn the cooling of the freezer surface on by pressing
button (8). In the case of RCFI-2O-6, the cooling
of the two freezing surfaces can be controlled
independently using buttons (8a) and (8b).
4.
Place the prepared ice cream ingredients on the
chilled freezing surface.
5.
Wait a moment for the ice mass and other ingredients
to freeze, then scrape them with a spatula (ingredients
can be broken into smaller parts using a spatula) and
mix gently until they become plastic.

In case the mass froze excessively and could not be
scratched or mixed. It is necessary to press the pedal
to heat the freezing table for 2 to 5 seconds.

Ice cream can be served to cup, plates or other
dishes.
7.
After use, turn off the cooling by setting the On/
Off switch (8), (8a) or (8b), depending on the model,
to the Off position, and for models RCFI-1O-6 and
RCFI-2O-6 set switch (9) to Off. Then, disconnect the
device from the power source. Allow the device to
warm up to above 0°C before cleaning.

3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before each cleaning and if the device is not in use, it
is necessary to pull out the mains plug and to allow
the device to reach room temperature.
Clean the device by means of a soft cloth moistened
with a suitable detergent, then wipe the device with
a soft cloth moistened with water. After doing these
actions, wipe the device dry.
The device may not be sprayed with a water jet.
Use cleaners without corrosive substances to clean
each surface.
Only mild cleaning agents designated for cleaning
surfaces having in with food are allowed to clean the
device.
Keep the device clean.
When the device is not in use, the freezing table
should be covered with a lid. This will protect it
against accidental mechanical damage as well as dirt
and dust.
The device must be cleaned before use and also
immediately after each use. In particular, all parts
having contact with the ice mass must be cleaned.
Dry all parts well after cleaning before the device is
used again.
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
