Description
The RIDGID Model 535 Automatic Threading Machine
is an electric motor-driven machine which automatically
centers and chucks pipe, conduit and rod (bolt stock) and
rotates it while threading, cutting and reaming operations
are performed. Threading dies are mounted in self-open-
ing, quick-opening die heads or semi-automatic 816/817
die heads. An automatic oiling system is provided to flood
the work with thread cutting oil during threading operations.
Geared Threader can also be used with the Threading
Machine to thread larger diameter pipe.
The RIDGID Model 535 Automatic Threading Machine
can also be used as a power source for roll grooving
equipment. Designed to attach to the carriage rail of
the Threading Machine, the roll grooving equipment
forms standard roll grooves on a variety of pipe sizes and
materials.
