your safety.
► If the appliance is unused for extended periods of time, we recommend that the
appliance be unplugged from the mains.

15.4 Operating the Appliance

15.4.1

Three hotplates

The right hob has 10 power stages and runs independently.
When operate either the front hob (1-10 power stages) or the back hob (1-5 power
stages), they run independently. When the front and the back hob work at the same time,
the power stages of them together are 10 (powersharing). If the power stage of the back
hob is 1-5, the power stage of the front hob can be max. 5.
The front hob and the back one are power sharing as shown below:
Power stage: left front hob
Power stage: left back hob (max.)
15.4.2

Switching Off

The complete appliance is switched off using the Master On/Standby switch (1).
Each hob is switched off by using the On/Standby key (2) of each hob. When you switch
off the device via "On/Standby" and the temperature of the cooker plate surface is lower
than 50°C, the display shows „L".
When the temperature of the cooker plate surface is over 50 °C, it is displaying „H".
► Note that the appliance's fan continues to operate for a while after the appliance has
been switched off in order to dissipate the heat that has built up in the appliance.
► If the appliance is unused for an extended period of time unplug, the appliance from the
socket in order disconnect it from the mains power supply.
15.4.3

Switching On

Follow the instructions below in order to operate the appliance safely.
Plug the power plug into a suitable outlet. Within 3 seconds after connecting the appliance
to the power supply an acoustic signal sounds. The temperature of the cooker plate
surface is displayed: is the temperature of the surface of the induction cooker lower than
50°C, the display shows „L". When the temperature of the cooker plate surface is over 50
°C, it is displaying „H". Press the Master On/Standby switch (1), the key lights up.
Place a suitable cooking pot with its contents to be cooked on the centre on the
hob (Ø 140 mm - 240 mm).
Now press the On/Standby switch (2) to turn on one of the three induction hobs.
The control lamp of "power stage" blinks and an acoustic signal sounds.
