Maintenance notes

- Check whether the maintenance area or the room area meet the
requirement of the nameplate.
- It's only allowed to be operated in the rooms that meet the require-
ment of the nameplate.
- Check whether the maintenance area is well-ventilated.
- The continuous ventilation status should be kept during the opera-
tion process.
- Check whether there is fire source or potential fire source in the
maintenance area.
- The naked flame is prohibited in the maintenance area; and the "no
smoking" warning board should be hanged.
- Check whether the appliance mark is in good condition.
- Replace the vague or damaged warning mark.
Leak test method
- The leak test method as below is acceptable for the system with
R32 refrigerant.
- Make sure the leak detector (calibrate the leak detector under the
environmentwithout refrigerant) won't to be the potential ignition
source and it's applicable to the tested refrigerant. The set warning
concentration for the refrigerant detection devices can't exceed
25% of the concentration measuring range.
- The flowing objects used for the leak test are applicable for most
refrigerants, while the solvent with Freon should not be adopted, for
preventing the reaction between Freon and refrigerant and copper
pipe corrosion.
- If the possibility of refrigerant leak exists, please remove all naked
flame or extinguish the fire.
- If the position where there's leak should be welded, please recovery
all refrigerant or isolate all refrigerant away from the leak position
(adopt cut-off valve). Before welding or during the welding process,
please adopt OFN to purify the complete system.
