1000°C(-58°F—1832°F).
MAX MIN DIF AVG indicate the MAX MIN DIF AVG record that displays
between the pressing and releasing the ""ON/OFF" button each time.

MIN= minimum. Minimum value of measurement. DIF= difference.
Difference value of measurement. AVG= average. Average value of
