(4) Spacers for glass base; (7) Screw M-
10x35; (8) Flat washer M-10; (9) Self-

8x20; Combination spanner.
Follow these step-by-step assembly
instructions:
1.- First, fit the spacers (4) for the
glass base, Fig.1.
Next, fit the two rubber washers, the
round one at the top and the square one
at the bottom of the glass base, Fig.1.
Now position the post and the square
plate as shown in Fig.1, fit the screws
(7) along with the washers (8) and the
self-locking nuts (9), and tighten.
2.- Once the central post is mounted,
fit the post cover (10) over the top of
the post, Fig.2.
3.- Take the handlebar (11) and
position it on the top of the post, Fig.
3. Now fit the screws (14), along with
the spring washers (12) and the flat
washers (13), and tighten securely.
4.- Next, place the main body (M) at
the base of the handlebar, Fig. 4.
Now fit the screws (14), along with the
spring washers (12) and the flat
washers (13), and tighten securely.
Take the eccentric pulleys (37) and fit
them onto the eccentric supports (25),
pressing the button as indicated by the
arrow, Fig.5.

ATTENTION: It is essential when
fitting the eccentric pulleys (37) to
ensure that they are positioned on the
same holes on the left and right sides.
This will make certain that the length
of the eccentric is the same on both
sides (Left and Right).
6.- Take one of the massage bands
and fit it as shown in Fig.6.
First fit the end of the band into the
eccentric and then lower it so that it is
inserted properly.
STARTING.-
Plug the machine into an electrical
socket with an earth connection (see
safety instructions).
Place the massage band on the
appropriate part of the body and exert
a slight pressure on it, press the
ON/Off switch (35), Fig.7, and the
machine will start.
EXERCISES FOR EACH PART
OF THE BODY.-
The
basic
massage machine are:
A).- Massage band with irregular
ribbing.
This band can help prevent cellulitis
and reduce it when present. Use the
band on areas such as the waist, the
back of the hips and the thighs.
B).- Massage band with rounded
ribbing.
This band is used for the waist, thighs
and bottom area. For best results at
least
recommended.
