Errors handling

ER02 (automatic reset)
Check the Tout sensor reading from the corresponding menu. Make sure the sensor is properly connected inside
the panel. Replace the sensor at the outdoor fresh air intake point.
ER04 (automatic reset)
Check the Te sensor reading from the corresponding menu. Make sure the sensor is properly connected inside
the panel. Replace the sensor at the outdoor exhaust outlet.
ER07 (manual reset)
Check whether or not the preheater is actually installed, and if not, verify the status of the Heat parameter in the
Frst menu, which must be disabled. If the preheater is installed and enabled, make sure that it is correctly wired,
then check the 230 Vac power supply and the signal coming from the appliance. Replace the preheater
ER08 (manual reset)
Check the actual Tout air temperature. Check that the temperature read by the sensor is the same as the actual
air temperature, and if not, replace the sensor. Check that the preheater is installed at the correct distance.
Check that the preheater switching relay is not faulty.
ER10 (automatic reset, via manual reset of the counter for filter life days)
Two months after the "FILT" (filter saturated) message is first displayed, the appliance stops or keeps running,
depending on the response set at the time of installation. If it stops, you will need to replace the filter and reset
the respective meter from the RST-FLTR menu in the user panel. Even if the appliance does not stop, it is still
advisable to replace the filter as soon as possible.
Maintenance/cleaning
Before commencing any servicing operation, make sure that the appliance is disconnected from the electrical
power supply. Dismantling and assembly are special maintenance operations and must be entrusted to
professional technicians.
The heat exchanger does not require special routine maintenance: it does not therefore need to be
disassembled. Routine maintenance of the appliance is therefore limited to regular replacement of the filters,
after opening the two doors on the front of the appliance.
Filters
Recommended maintenance intervals
Because levels of air pollution depend typically on geographical location and are variable, the life of the filters
will be similarly variable. With this general consideration in mind, the following filter maintenance intervals are
recommended: inspect
every 50/60 days;
replace filters: after 3/12 months
(depending on the value set by the
installer during installation)
N.B. Failure to clean or replace
filters can seriously affect the
efficiency of the system, causing:
- increased pressure losses in the
air circulation system and reduced
airflow;
- drop in system performance and
comfort levels caused by pressure
losses.
N.B. Clogged air filters are the
most frequent cause of the
appliance locking up:
