Waffles alla Brussels
Use the following ingredients for about
6 waffles:

200 g butter

120 g sugar

200 ml milk

350 g flour

2 eggs

1/2 pkg. baking powder

1 pkg. vanilla sugar

1 pinch of salt

about 50 ml of mineral water

grated lemon peel
Proceed as follows:
1. Stir the butter with the sugar, vanilla
sugar and salt until creamy and then
add the eggs gradually while stirring
constantly.
2. Add the lemon peel.
3. Mix the flour with the baking powder
and stir in alternating with the milk.
4. Last, add a small dash of mineral
water to the batter.

Proceed as follows:
1. Unplug the mains plug from the sock-
et.
2. Wipe off the appliance with a damp
cloth.
3. Clean the baking surfaces (8,9) with a
damp cloth.

Storage

If you do not need the appliance for a
longer period of time, clean it as described
in the chapter Cleaning and care (page
23).
Store the appliance and all accessories in
a clean, dry and frost-free location pro-
tected from direct sunlight.
