It is important to always keep your sensor in a moist environment so
the sensor cap does not dry out.
6. Connect the cable to the instrument by aligning the connectors,
pushing them together and then screwing down the retainer

Battery Installation
To install (or replace) the battery, remove the
two battery cover screws and battery cover.
Replace the 9V battery. Replace the battery
cover and o-ring (be sure to align the o-ring
correctly to prevent a bad seal) and fasten
the two battery cover screws.
An initial display of "LOW BAT" on the LCD
indicates approximately one hour of battery
life for unit operation within specifications. Replace
battery when "LOW BAT" appears on the LCD.

Thank you for purchasing the VWR DO220, a precise handheld instrument
that measures temperature and dissolved oxygen in % and mg/L. The
VWR DO220 measures dissolved oxygen in water using optical, lifetime
luminescence technology and uses a digital signal to send information
between the instrument and probe. Key advantages of the VWR DO220
include the elimination of sensor flow dependence (stirring) and sensor
warm-up time, greater stability, less frequent calibrations, and the
elimination of frequent membrane/electrolyte changes.
