stage – flushing
a) Push program key 'flushing water + air'
To enhance the cleaning or flushing effect,
you can also push the key 'permanent air blast'.
Flow rate is indicated when stop valves are opened,
and air impulses are delivered at proportional rate
into the piping.
b) Flushing time per drain must be at least 15 sec per running meter of piping to be
cleaned or 2 minutes per tap.
c) Flushing must proceed from the bottom to the top.
d)
Flushing is train by train, i.e. the train nearest to the cleaning
automate must be flushed first and so you continue till the
most distant train.
e)
All tapping points are to be opened from the rear towards the
front or to be closed from the front towards the rear after
flushing is complete.
f)
The flushing process is complete once no more particles are evident. We suggest that
you let the water flowing from the tapping points run over a mesh of approx. 100 µ.
g)
After flushing cut off water supply, disassemble cleaning compressor and expertly refit
all connections. Now it is necessary to check for leaks.

3. 2
stage – Forming of a protective layer
a)
After flushing, use a DVGW approved sanitizing appliance. The sanitizing computer is
to run for approx. 3 months on a "food- compatible' solution (possibly combined with
existing softening equipment), to ensure faster build-up of a protective layer within the
piping system.
