3.2 CE label
The CE label shows that the products
comply with the basic requirements of the
applicable directives as stated on the iden-
tification plate.
The declaration of conformity can be
viewed at the manufacturer's site.
3.3 Working life
The expected service life of the product is
eight years.
3.4 Installation site for the product
Chemical substances may impair the pro-
duct's functionality on a short-term or long-
term basis.
Ensure that the following chemical sub-
stances are not stored at the installation
site.
– Silicone adhesives, hair care products
or silicone rubber/putty
– Hydrogen sulphide or sulphuric acid
– Organic vapours such as alcohols, acet-
one or essential oils
4 Operation
4.1 Product status
The product has an acoustic signal trans-
mitter and three status LEDs.
Signals may be transmitted for the follow-
ing statuses:
– Test status
– Operating status (normal operating
mode)
– Alarm status
– Fault status
