Installation

Assembly
Please take care when removing the packaging that
no contaminants end up in the system.
Before assembling the system check that there is no
contamination in the pipings or the valve housing.
Pay attention that the O ring on the flange is not
damaged when installing the system.
Allow enough room for the mimimum distance
corresponding to the temperature classes when
installing the valve solenoid on a wall (battery
assembly) (see technical data).
- All installation positions are permitted, but a
position with the magnet system at the top is
preferable.
- Solenoid coils can be offset and stopped
at 90°.
- Tightening torque for the mounting nut:
Metal nut 0.8 +/-0.12 Nm
Plastic nut 0.5 +/-0.075 Nm
Closed plastic nut 1.2 +0.2 Nm

Electrical connection
Connection cable has been designed for screw/
clamp connections.
Please pay attention when screwing in the
connection strands that all of the wire ends are
completely in the connection clamp.
To avoid short circuits and disruptions, do not bend
the connection cable and strands.
