PREPARATION
For the best results, clean the surface to be painted by carefully removing all traces of rust and old
paint using the appropriate materials (sand paper, etc.).The surfaces to be painted must be smooth and
even (by filling all gaps with putty and then sanding back to level).
DILUTION
Every type of paint requires the dilution indicated by its producer.
The viscosity meter provided permits the ideal dilution to be obtained.
Viscosity indicates whether a product is very liquid or very dense, and is measured in seconds.
In order to measure viscosity, fill the viscosity meter (fig. 1) and measure the time required for the
paint to pass through the hole - the value is expressed in DIN-s
IMPORTANT!: Consult your paint dealer to make sure that the paint to be applied can be
sprayed by an airbrush before purchase.

OPERATION
1. Check to make sure that the local mains voltage corresponds to the values indicated on the airbru-
sh rating plate.
2. Insert the hose (fig. 7) into the special coupling mouth for the airbrush and the turbo compressor (fig. 2).
3. Fill the container with previously thinned colour (fig. 5), screw and tighten well, and then plug the
turbo compressor plug into the current socket.
4. Use the switch (nr.14 fig. 2) to start the turbo compressor.
Other uses of the turbo compressor: after connecting the connector (nr.18) on the hose (nr.11), the airbrush
can also be used as a blowing and/or inflation device for mattresses or other inflatable objects.
USE OF THE AIRBRUSH
The airbrush (fig. 4) has two types of regulation for the flow and quantity of colour.
1. In order to increase or decrease +/- the flow, use the adjustment knob (nr.47, fig. 4)
2. In order to adjust the quantity of colour, use the adjustment screw (nr.29, fig. 4).
a- completely close the adjustment screw (nr.29, fig. 4) by turning it to the right.
b- while keeping the trigger pressed (nr.41, fig. 4), slowly open the screw (nr.29, fig. 4) until the desi-
red quantity of colour is obtained.
We recommend finding the best spraying position by trial and error on a piece of test cardboard.
The airbrush can perform 3 different types of painting: vertical - horizontal - circular.
Vertical and horizontal painting is recommended for large surfaces; the circular method is more suited to
smaller objects or hard-to-reach areas (corners, edges, etc. ) (fig. 3).
