• Keep all plastic bags and packaging components out of the reach of children. They are potentially
dangerous.
• Do not connect the appliance to the mains without checking that the voltage of the adapter
and that of your household are the same.
• Do not use it and not recharge it near the water contained in bathtubs, wash basins or other
containers.
• Don't allow children play with the appliance.
• Keep away from any sources of heat.
• Do not leave on clothes or any other object while in use, in order to avoid possible blockage. It
must not be left connected on flat surfaces such as tables or counter tops, as the vibration of the
appliance may cause it to slide off and break.
• Do not use on injured skin or infected nails, open wounds, warts or skin diseases.
• The contact between the unit and the skin or nail areas must be always soft and without pressing.
• This appliance has been designed for domestic use only.
• VERY IMPORTANT: The appliance and the adapter must never be immersed in water or
any other liquids.
• ( ) Do not use this appliance near the water contained in bathtubs, washbasins or other
containers.
• When used in a bathroom, disconnect after use. The proximity of water represents a danger even
when the appliance is off.
• To ensure a complementary protection it is advisable to install in the electrical circuit of the
bathroom a residual differential current device (DDR) of differential current of assigned capacity
that does not exceed 30 mA. Ask your supplier for advice.
• Always use the adapter provided. Do not use any other type of adapter.
• The adapter must always be used indoors. Do not use in the open air.
• If the cable were to deteriorate it must be changed by an Authorised Service Centre.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

• With the switch (5) in "0" position (off) insert the pin of the adaptor (7) in the base (6) and the
adaptor to the mains.
• Place by pressing, the accessory you are going to use, in the spindle (1).
• Slide the switch (5) to any of two positions, having in mind if you slide the switch upwards the
accessory will turn in one sense and the pilot light will be green. If you slide the switch downwards
the accessory will turn to the other sense and the light will be red.
• You can choose the speed by pressing the switch (3) in one or other position.
MANICURE
• Insert by pressing on the spindle (1) one of the accuracy points (10) to clean the edges. (All the
accessories are placed in the same way).
• Use one of the file cones (9) to round and to smooth the edges of the nail.
• You can use the polished discs (8) to file the surface of the nail.
• You can finish applying some hand cream on the nail and use the smoothest file cone.
• The calloused and other hard skin areas can be treated with the polished discs or with the file
cones (9) to finish using the smoothest file cone.
PEDICURE
• Separate the toes with a piece of cotton wool.
• Follow the same steps as it is indicated on the manicure paragraph.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

• Before doing anything, make sure the unit is unplugged from the mains.
• Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the outside of the appliance.
• Do not use in cleaning chemical products or abrasives, metallic scourers and similar, which may
deteriorate the surfaces.
