2) OPERATION
Carry the compressor in a proper manner by holding its grips with both hands. Don't turn it over
or lift it with a hook and rope.
3) ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
The internal electrical wiring has been all completed. Take out a power cord from the handle
section to connect it to a plug socket. The compressor comes with a 2-pole power plug plus
earthing. It must be connected to a power plug socket equipped with earth connection.
The compressor must be connected to the power plug socket protected by an
appropriate circuit breaker(magnet thermal switch)
4) START-UP
The power source must be is single-phase 230 V. Make sure that the power source is correct.
Allowable tolerance is within +/-10 %.
Turn the switch to " 0 " (OFF) position " 0 ".Fit the plug in the power socket and turn on the
switch to " 1 "(ON), start the compressor, turning the pressure reaches maximum value and
restarts it when it falls to minimum value.
The compressor stops when it reaches maximum operating pressure and restarts
Electrical data plate
automatically when the pressure inside the tank drops.
After connecting the compressor to the power line, load it to maximum pressure and check
exactly how the machine is operating.
NOTE: The head/cylinder/delivery tube unit can reach high temperatures. Take care when
working near these parts, and do not touch them to avoid possible burns.
Switch
1. With a drain cock fully opened, turn on the Power switch.
2. Make sure that the motor is running and the air is coming out of the drain cock.
3. Close the drain cock and make sure that the air is not leaking from it.
