9. Error rectifi cation & diagnosis

The digital picture
frame is not working
perfectly.
Cause and rectifi cation
No time set.
► Use web browser to access the Data
Collector's web server. Set the time in the
"General" menu.
No wireless connection between Data Stick and
Data Collector.
► Switch on Data Collector.
► Check whether the Data Stick is plugged
into the digital picture frame correctly.
► Check distance between Data Collector
and Data Stick. (Reduce distance between
Data Collector and Data Stick)
One or more confi gured inverters cannot be
retrieved.
► Check the data entered for the confi gured
inverters in the web server.
► Ensure that the Data Collector can access
all inverters via the network.
Rectifi cation
► Check fi rewall settings.
► Ensure that the web browser is confi gured
for communication without proxy.
► Check the power supply to the Data Col-
lector.
► Check the relevant network cables, active
network elements, switches and hubs.
► Use the reset button to reset the Data Col-
lector to the factory setting.
► Check whether the digital picture frame
used is listed in the compatibility list (see
appendix).
