food over the vessel.

Steaming is a great way of cooking, thanks to its speed and minimal e ect on the taste and texture of food.

Prepare the food for steaming.

Insert the steamer in the removable cooking vessel. Pour water in the vessel to just below the bottom of the
steamer, about two cups. Place the food on the steamer or on a plate.
Press MENU repeatedly until the indicator "STEAM" lights up. The LED display shows the default cooking time.

You can adjust the default cooking time using HOUR (hours) and MIN (minutes) in range between 5 minutes

and 2 hours. Press START and the programmed time starts counting down.

After the cooking time expires, the pot beeps and automatically switches to "keep warm" mode. The LED
display shows the time of temperature maintenance, starting with "0000".

For best results stir the rice within 30 minutes after nishing cooking it. The rice is ready to be served.
