6. APPLICATION
The refrigerated units for the catering sector are designed for displaying and storing drinks for consumption and
sale in hotels, restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, delicatessens and supermarkets.
Any uses for other purposes are not permitted as they are considered dangerous for the user of the
machine and for the machine it self.
7. MACHINE DESCRIPTION
The catering refrigeration units are constructed basically as follows:
• Machine structure made of insulated, laminated and painted panels (non-painted on request).
• Silk –screen printing glass doors and aluminium frame.
• Fan-assisted or static refrigeration (GRACE 2) or ventilated (DUAL TEMP).
• Static condensing sealed type unit with thermoregulator for automatic temperature control.
• Condensation collection drainer and pull-out tray located at end of machine for con-
densation water and evaporation drainage.
• Adjustable feet on machine base.
