of heat next to the boat
4. REPARATION PROCEDURE
4.1 Minor tears, cuts and perforations
1. Minor reparations could be realized with a patch from the reparation kit.
2. Patch and boat surface must be dry.
3. Apply a thin and regular coat on the patch and on the boat surface. Wait 5 minutes
between a coat and the following. After having applied 3 coats, wait for 10-15 minutes
before putting the patch on the boat surface.
4. Use a hard tube to press the patch against the boat surface.
5. Wait 24 hours at least before inflating the boat again.
4.2 Extended tears, cuts and perforations
For every extended reparation, please address to a professional.
5. MAINTENANCE, STORAGE
A good maintenance of the boat will allow to maintain its longevity and aspect.
Clean the tubes regularly (after every trip if possible) with freshwater avoiding PVC
aggressive products (i.e. products containing phosphates, chlorine and solvents). Use
soft sponge and cloth. Remove sand and other debris that could damage the boat. Do not
leave traces of oil or fuel on tubes. Avoid the accumulation of salt and other materials
on the mobile parts. Also avoid sun exposition during long periods: it may damage the
PVS quality.
The boat must be store in a fresh and dry place, protected from temperature leaps, after
having been washed and dried carefully.
6. WARRANTY
- Every inflatable boat is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
- All the fabrics are covered for 5 years against porosity and mold.
- All the seams are covered for 5 years against unsticking.
