The warranty could not be applied in case of tears or deterioration due to accidents,
irregular use or inadequate installation. Warranty could be applied only in normal
conditions of use in temperate areas.
If the boat has been inflated, modified, used or stocked in an irregular way, the warranty
could not be applied. If a damaging product that alters the color or the quality of PVC
have been used, the warranty could not be applied. If you have used an element or
component not sold with the boat, if you have had an accident, if you have installed a
component negligently, if you have forced on the oars, caused collisions, used the boat
in inadequate conditions, participated to a sport competition or disregarded
maintenance, the warranty could not be applied.
