FIRE CONTROL
To reach the thermoregulator is necessary to open the below door.
The function of the thermoregulator is to regulate the quantity of primary air, this operation is
effecting the intensity of the combustion and consequently the temperature of the water of the
plant. MIN combustion intensity to the minimum, MAX combustion intensity to the
maximum.

The use of the oven is submitted to the usual cooking rules such as:
timing, temperature and quantity.
The stainless steel oven is equipped with an internal glass door and a thermometer which
simplifies the control of the internal temperature, the oven is also equipped with an internal
grate and a small pot.
In order to optimize the use of the cooking oven, the appliance is equipped with a system
which regulates the hight of the fire grate.(see fig.3), which is utilisable even with working
appliance.
The regulation of the hight of the fire grate allows to modify the distribution of the heat inside
the appliance among heating plant and cooking oven:
Grate on lower position, the heat produced by the fuel is given principally to the heating plant
and in smaller quantity to the oven.
Grate on upper position, the heat is distributed in equal quantities to the heating plant and to
the oven.
