4.2. Adjusting the headrest.

A correctly adjusted headrest ensures that the diagonal seat belt section is opti-
mally positioned, and gives your child the optimal protection.
The headrest must be adjusted so that there is a space two fingers wide be-
tween the headrest and your child's shoulders.
To adjust the height of the headrest to fit your child:
1. Reach into the adjustment handle on the back of the headrest and pull it upwards.
This unlocks the headrest (4-B).
2. You can now move the unlocked headrest to the desired heigh. As soon as you
release the adjustement handle, the headrest will lock into place (4-C).
3. Place the child seat on the vehicle seat. Have your child sit down in the child seat
and check the heigh. Repeat this process until the headrest is at the optimal height.

4.1. Adjusting the seating position of the child seat.

The child seat can be used in multi seating positions for use of
all groups. Pull the recline handle, adjust the seat shell forwards
or backwards. Release the handle in the required position and
push until you hear a distinct click. (4- A)
