Expand the helmet opening with your hands as illustrated and slide your
head into the helmet. Pull the chinstraps only, not the chinstrap covers.
Pulling on the covers may rip them.
To securely fasten the chinstrap, thread the end of the chinstrap through
the D-rings as illustrated and pull it tight against your throat.

The chinstrap-end snap is provided on some models. It allows the wearer
to prevent the end of the strap from flapping in the air stream.

A D-ring release tab is provided to make loosening of the strap easier,
simply pull as illustrated.
