• If necessary, you can interrupt the rinsing process by taking
your index finger off of the valve.
Some residual fluid will remain in the nasal douche after
rinsing.
Small quantities of rinse solution may run down the throat.
Tilt your head slightly forwards and to one side while rinsing
so that this small quantity can flow quite naturally out of your
mouth.
If larger quantities get into your throat, open your mouth as
wide as possible.
If one side of your nose is blocked, start the rinsing process
with the blocked nostril.
