Omelette maker Use instructions
Parts of the Omelette Maker can become very hot. Use pot holders or oven mitts to prevent burns.
Risk of injury.
- Open the Omelette Maker and carefully add batter to the quiche moulds (6) using a spoon or a
piping bag. The fill level varies by the batter being used. Do not fill batter pas the top edge of the
omelette moulds (5).
- Bake the omelettes to your preferences. The baking time varies between approx. 6 to 8 minutes.
Depending on the batter being used and your preferences, the baking time may be a bit shorter
or longer. Briefly lift the cover (3) after at least 2 minutes to check doneness. Lifting the cover (3)
sooner may result in the omelettes breaking open. Only hold the cover (3) by the handle (4), where
the temperature is lowest.
- Once you are happy with the baking results, remove the finished omelettes from the open Omelette
Maker by lifting them out of the biscuits moulds (5) using e.g. a wooden fork or wood pick. Never use
metal objects to remove the biscuits to prevent damaging the omelettes moulds (5).
- Allow the quiches to cool off before continuing to work with them.
- If you no longer wish to use the Omelette Maker, unplug from the socket and allow the Omelette
Maker to cool off completely.
- Clean the Omelette Maker as described in chapter "Cleaning".
Maintenance
Maintenance is required if the Omelette Maker is damaged, liquids or objects have entered the hou-
sing, the Omelette Maker was exposed to rain or moisture, or if the Omelette Maker is not working
properly or fell. If you notice smoke, unusual noises or odour, immediately shut off the Omelette
Maker and unplug from the socket. In these cases discontinue using the Omelette Maker until it has
been inspected by an expert. Any maintenance must be performed by skilled professionals. Never
open the housing of the Omelette Maker.
Cleaning
Unplug from the mains socket before cleaning, risk of electric shock!
Allow the Omelette Maker to cool off. Risk of burns!
Never immerse the Omelette Maker in water!
Do not clean the Omelette Maker with cleaners or solvents. This will prevent damaging the Omelette
Maker and cleaning residue in the next batch of omelettes. Proceed as follows:
- After using the Omelette Maker first clean the baking surfaces (4) and donut moulds (5) with a dry
paper towel to remove grease residue.
- Next clean all surfaces and the power cable with a slightly dampened dishcloth.
- Dry the Omelette Maker and all accessories well before using again.
Storage during non-use
When the Omelette Maker is not being used it can easily be stored by wrapping the power cord
around the rear foot and storing the Omelette Maker vertically to save space.
