LUBRICATION

Adequate and regular lubrication is indispensable
for a good performance and durability of your
Mixer Wagon. Recommended intervals take
into consideration its use in normal working
conditions. In severe conditions, they must be
shortened. It is recommended to periodically
verify lubrication, as well as using clean and
high quality lubricants.
GREASE LUBRICATION
Lubricate all points indicated below with a
grease gun, with special grease for bearings
(multipurpose). Use lithium-based soaps
lubrication greases, grade NL GI-2 EP.
Example: LUBRAX LITH-2
1.
JACK - Lubricate through greaser 1 every
50 hours' work (or weekly)
2.
DISCHARGE SCREW BOTTOM HOUSING
BEARING - Lubricate through greaser 2
every 8 hours' work.
3.
PTO CARDAN SHAFT - Lubricate YOKES
through greaser 3 every 8 hours' work.
4.
PTO CARDAN SHAFT - Lubricate shaft bars
through greaser 4 every 20 hours' work.
¡IMPORTANT!
ƒ Before lubricating, clean rigorously grease
fittings, in order to avoid grease contamination.
ƒ Replace damaged grease fittings.
ƒ Lubricate soon after a period of work, because
grease flows better while the machine is still
heated.
ƒ Always keep your lubricants away from dust,
humidity and other contaminants.
