OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
With help of the temperature knob, you can set your desired temperature
ranging from keeping warm (110°C) to baking and grilling (250°C).
The function knob allows you to choose between the various options.
These are:
: grilling, roasting and baking on plate with upper heating
(meat, fish, steaks, oven dishes, gratin dishes or subs)
: baking and roasting with upper and lower heating
(cake, cookies & meat)
: grilling on the spit with upper and lower heating as well as
turning spit (meat & poultry)
ATTENTION:
When using the functions of upper heating as well as grilling on
the spit, you need to open the oven door slightly (about 4 cm or
approximately 2 inches). The door will hold in the correct position. This
way you achieve the perfect crust.
