MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Always remove the plug from the socket when starting to clean.
Try to keep the oven as clean as possible throughout using it. All
loose parts and accessories can be used in the dishwasher or cleaned
manually.
The oven itself can never be immersed in water or can come in touch
with running water when cleaning. You may use a damp cloth to clean
the out- and inside of the unit.
The oven door can be washed after it's cooled down. Use a bit of
detergent or a glass cleaner for persistent dirt.
The inside of the oven is self cleaning. Pour a bit of salted water onto
the baking plate, slide it into the lower half of the oven and turn the unit
on for about 10 minutes with the function knob into the upper and lower
heating position.
